that strange feeling when you’re excited for the work week to end but not really sure what the weekend has in store. i’ve been enjoying sticking to routines during the hours right before bed and right after i wake up. but beyond that, i’ve been taking each hour as it comes. and allowing it to come, then letting it go just as often. #quarantine

may is masturbation month, so you know what that means: reconnecting with our pleasure, getting comfortable with our own organs, reclaiming our sexuality through self-service and love, and discovering what turns us on and what just feels goood. sexuality is a sticky topic I want to dive into deeper on a podcast episode, but the concept of pleasure is constant and pervasive. we can find pleasure in a hot summer day, a ripe stone fruit, or simply taking time to breathe (look up the phallic stage of psychosexual development). i’ve recently switched over to this @selfceremony rose quartz pleasure wand and i think i’ve just leveled up in life. while it requires a more manual operation compared to the electric toy, it also strengths my relationship with myself and my boundaries. and bonus, it doubles up as a gorgeous bedside paperweight. #masturbationmay #selfceremony

there were so many little clams washed on shore yesterday, i felt bad for stepping on them. but they were everywhere! burrowing themselves into the sand for layers upon layers. hoping this beach scape brings you some solace during this season indoors. 🐚
