Trying to go vegan, but love eggs too much (like me)? Fear no more!
- Grab some tofu (like this firm tofu from Trader Joe’s)
- Remove from sleeve and pat down with a paper towel
- Cut into various sized cubes
- Sauté on a pan while breaking apart bigger chunks with coconut oil, lots of seasoning, and the secret ingredient TURMERIC! 😛
Not only does this look like egg and taste amazing, but no chickens were harmed in the making of this easy meal.
